I ordered a pair of boots and the payment process was easy. They had the card option I needed, and the checkout page looked totally secure with no weird redirects or anything. I got the confirmation really fast too. The only thing I’d say is I wish they offered a few more payment options.

This gave me a bad first impression. If you're asking people to write reviews, they should be based on real experiences, not made-up stuff. Reviews are only helpful when they're honest.

I ordered from Futbol Emotion and the product itself was totally fine, no complaints there. The only thing was the delivery update, I wasn’t really sure what was going on so I ended up contacting customer service, and they did take a while to get back to me. Not the end of the world, and when they did reply they were polite and helpful enough, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience exactly. It just felt a bit slow and I did have to follow up, which is always a little annoying when you’re just trying to know where your order is. I’d maybe order from them again, but yeah, hopefully the support side gets a bit quicker.
